Job Role:
Production Trainee

Location:
Plot No. 34, Sector-5, NH-8, Near AIS Glass, Phase-II, Industrial Model Township, Bawal, Haryana – 123501

Job Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and assist in the manufacturing process

Maintain quality standards during production

Follow workplace safety protocols and company policies

Ensure regular attendance to qualify for bonuses

Qualification:

12th Pass

ITI in any trade (all trades accepted)

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of production processes

Ability to work in long shifts and mandatory overtime

Good teamwork and attention to detail

Commitment to safety and punctuality

Salary and Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₹12,400 per month

Attendance Bonus: ₹800 per month (based on 26 working days)

Overtime: ₹55 per hour (mandatory)

Health Insurance: Mediclaim coverage up to ₹1,00,000

Training Period: 15 days

Canteen Facility: Meals available at ₹16 per meal

Other Details:

Duty Days: 26 per month

Working Hours: 8 hours regular shift + 3 hours mandatory overtime (total 12 hours per day)
